What we do with what you send.

The forms

When you fill out the contact form or the team application, we receive what you typed: your name, your business name or city, your email, and any optional answers. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your statement review or consider your application. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Statements

Processing statements you send are used only to review what you pay. You don’t need to include bank account numbers. If you’d like us to delete your statement after the review, email jason@sundialpay.com and we will.

If you sign up with a payment company

When you decide to set up with Square or Clover, the application goes to that company and its privacy policy covers what they collect. We don’t keep copies of your card data or your customers’ card data. We never see card numbers.

This website

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
